I can honestly say joining Forward Thinking Fitness was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. They are truly the full package: knowledgeable trainers, great workouts, fun atmosphere, and positive energy! I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. FTF is the most amazing fitness experience I've ever had the pleasure of being apart of. Over my years I've done all types of fitness programs but they don't compare to FTF.
