In two Saturdays from now, we've got our second FitFaire! On February 17th from 9 am to 1pm, we've got an incredible line up of healthcare professionals and friends ... with a majorly improved schedule for you to enjoy every aspect of the event!
For the ridiculously low ticket price of $5 (FTF clients refunded upon scanned entry), you're going to get the following:
- Personal Training!
- Chair Massages!
- Group Acupuncture!
- Educational Workshops!
- Yoga!
- Healthy Hot Food!
If all of that isn't worth less than your daily trip to the Dunkin' drive-through, then I'm not sure what to say. Maybe take one less trip next week? All I know is that this shindig is unlike anything else in the Lehigh Valley! :)

10:00 AM | Activate with BeWell - Focus on building internal heat, increasing stamina, strength, and flexibility through this dynamic yoga practice. Reduce stress with intense flowing patterns and teaching breath awareness paired with each movement to increase power from the ground up in each pose.
10:30 AM | Shoulder Pain Workshop with Robbins Rehab - Do you have pain when you reach overhead? Wondering if that pain is coming from a structural issue that might require surgery or if it’s just a simple fix? In this 30 minute workshop, you will learn the exact cause of your shoulder pain and what to do to get rid of it.
11:00 AM | ReCharge with BeWell - Time to refuel your body by centering your breath and body. Align the physical and mental capacities by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. Props are used to extend the length of your poses. It’s time to be still, calm your mind, breathe, and challenge yourself in a new way in this yoga practice!
