Kat has been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for seven years and holds a B.S. in Counseling Psychology and an M.S. in Clinical Nutrition. Having worked with a variety of special populations over her career, she has helped people to manage a number of health conditions. Kat has successfully helped folks eliminate digestive problems, reduce blood sugar, drop cholesterol levels, and decrease blood pressure. Her passion for guiding people toward a healthier mind and body is evident with her track record!
She loves serving the Lehigh Valley through her holistic approach to nutritional counseling.
